no light left
the sun crashes downwards
you are unsinkable
glowing in the dark light
of our dying sun
you stole my faith
and broke it into pieces
taped it back together
but kept it for yourself
and if the sun comes up tomorrow
i will not be here at all
i’ll be
running away
to tape back together
all the other hearts you break
and you can stay alone
and glow with the dying sun
until there’s no light left
kiss me once before you go
so i’ll feel it on my lips
for an hour or so

I love that stanza. The imagery that comes with it is beautiful. I relly like this poem.
